History

Dixie Offshore Transportation Company and affiliated companies is the designated owner and operator of all ocean going tug and barge configured vessels in Kirby.

Over the years this group of assets has both increased and decreased in numbers as acquisitions, adjustments to the market, and retirements have occurred. Today, four tug and dry-bulk barge units remain in service.
